Testimonial:

"In the first hour I met with Colin Chase of ChaseInfoSystems I saved five hundred dollars. He showed me a better way to market my product by taking a different route, and consequently, avoiding the cost of another service for the website.

He conducted himself professionally, always keeping me informed of the progress he was making, creating the website as quickly as possible, and not overcharging me when implementing a new strategy.

Exceedingly patient, he took the time to educate me on web design, email accounts, merchant services, encrypting, security, marketing techniques, and even improved my writing on occasion. His enthusiasm for the site never wavered. The joy he takes in his work and providing excellence in his service was inspiring. He worked well with other companies that provided info for the website. The staff at ChaseInfoSystems was supportive at all times.

I highly recommend ChaseInfoSystems."

Client History:
Chase Information Systems, Inc. (CIS) began as a computer consulting firm which specialized in creating interfaces between disparate computer programs. One of their beginning projects was to create an interface in which a price list that was created in MS Excel was to be read into a sales application that was programmed in the Visual Basic language. This project was for a large hardware store with three western NY branches.

Afterwards CIS began creating an MS Access Database for a Summer Camp for a western NY YMCA - in fact one of the oldest Summer Camps in the United States. Here we are speaking of the prestigious Camp Onyahsa, which is located on the beautiful Chautauqua Lake. Over the coming winter/spring 2003 CIS will be developing a web-enabled Database System for Camp Onyahsa, as well as for other summer camps. This program will allow for parents to email their children while at camp and vice versa, and will allow a parent to order an item from the Gift Store to be delivered to their child's cottage. It will also include all the recording and reporting features that the current CIS Summer Camp program provides, plus a whole lot more...

After a series of small computer programming projects, by the second year of consulting CIS founder Colin Chase was building a full scale Membership Management Program for a local Veteran Club. This project became too costly for the club, so Mr. Chase agreed to provide a majority of the work pro bono in return for an official product endorsement. This agreement has been furthered into the current relationship that CIS enjoys with the Cassadaga American Legion Post 1280, as they generously host other veteran clubs to come and see the system in action.

This system interfaces with a Keyless Door Entry System and a Point-Of-Sale System. The Keyless Door Entry System uses Proximity Card technology which allows the members to simply hold their wallets or purses near the door. The card reader will then read the card that is presented at a distance of 6 inches - and usually through the wallet or purse, check the database, and then unlock the door if the member is permitted to gain entrance.

From here Chase Information Systems, Inc. began branching out to a variety of clients from all over the United States. Servicing the Healthcare industry through its relationship with Digitell, Inc., and creating an internationally offered training CD-ROM is in the works for a Security System manufacturer in California. CIS aided in generating sales for various clients via interactive and animated websites for clients such as RTM Electric, Inc. and HPSA Acumen, Inc.

Recently, installing computer networks has become an area of service for which CIS has been receiving calls. This past summer, CIS installed a super fast Gigabit Network for Digitell, Inc. Currently two other corporate clients are in the process of utilizing CIS in this manner - both RTM Electric, Inc. and Capital Resolution Services, Inc.

CIS is currently in the process of focussing more resources into their Keyless Entry department, as this facet of the company has been experiencing greatly increased inquiries this year. During the past few months CIS has sold systems to new clients as far west as Washington state (to an Electric Coop), and as far south as Florida (to a facility servicing the Army Corps of Engineers).

Chase Information Systems, Inc. has had a variety of clientele for which to demonstrate their abilities. Listed here are only a few of the "milestone" clients as CIS moves into the future. If you haven't heard about Chase Information Systems yet, stay tuned because this won't be the last time that you do...
