built computer programs using Visual Basic and MS Access. Some companies
use the terminology "Access Consulting" to indicate this
type of programming, but CIS takes it much farther. By using Visual
Basic for Applications and pure VB, CIS is able to create programs
that are designed solely for your specified uses. This means that
though it may be based on an MS Access database with properly structured
relationships, it will not appear to be just an Access database

develop the software (free of charge to you) and "genericize"
it into a prepackaged software system. For instance, what started
as a custom built application for the Cassadaga
American Legion soon developed into a full scale computer application
for all Veteran Clubs. The benefit here is that with a simple product
endorsement from you, your company could end up with a program many
times more powerful than you anticipated or than you could afford.
