What Is A Keyless Door Entry System?

It is an Access Control System for governing who enters your facility and when they enter, as well as an easy mechanism for enabling and disabling access to your building in real time. This gives your facility's managers complete door access

control. A Keyless Door Entry System controls your entrance door via a door strike, or other similar door locking mechanism. An access card or secret PIN number is presented to a "reader" outside the door, which then communicates with the "controller" unit, that in turn sends a signal to unlatch the door (or to keep it locked). There are various systems available, with names you probably already know. These systems offer a lot in the way of flexibility, so
please see the Examples page for some possible scenarios for using such a system. Chase Information Systems offers a free Presentation which explains the system in detail.
