Flash animations (click

While your competitors may have a static information-only website,

Shopping Websites:
CIS

websites that are enabled to sell items or services online. By means
of a list and an example, let us briefly explain what is involved
in an E-Commerce website:

3) Secure Certificate (SSL)
4) Merchant Account
A customer goes to your website (#1), they click to view the items
you have for sale (#2). The customer then clicks to 'Add Item To Shopping
Cart' (#2). After choosing all the items they wish to purchase, the
customer then clicks 'Go To Checkout' (#2) and proceeds to enter in
their credit card information (#2 and #3). The credit card information
is encrypted (#3) and sent to either a real-time credit card processing
center (#4) or to a holding bin to be processed onsite in your store
(#3 and #4). The order is then complete on your customer's end.
This process is called "online shopping" or "E-Commerce"
and each part has associated costs. Please bare in mind that there
are various ways to enable this, from the most simple and inexpensive
(using PayPal) to the most complex (using an unlimited shopping cart

packages). Currently we offer only Windows 2000 Server hosting, which
are normally the highest priced hosting packages available from most
hosting resellers, but through CIS it is incredibly inexpensive. Hosting
on Windows 2000 Servers gives CIS (or the Web Developer of your choice)
the ability to code in ASP and utilize an MS Access Database (or an

Promotion:
CIS is able to get your website listed in the search engines under
specific keywords that you choose within 3 to 6 months. We cannot
guarantee high rankings in broad-based saturated categories, but we
can guarantee high rankings in specialized categories (if all of our

Past Projects:
CIS recently developed the RTM
Electric, Inc. website during the summer of 2002. Afterwards CIS
encapsulated this website onto a CD-ROM
for RTM clients to be able to view the website via the CD-ROM (instead
of needing an Internet connection - the RTM sales representative can
simply put the CD into the potential client's PC and show the website
from the CD-ROM). This website project is an animated information-only
website, however it has a very pleasing design with extremely easy
to use navigation.
The Digitell,
Inc. website which was consulted on by CIS, is a fully functioning
ASP programmed and database-driven shopping cart website. Chase Information
Systems, Inc. offers programming consultations, as well as complete
shopping cart solutions for fully enabled E-Commerce websites. The
Chautauqua Comics website is another example of a complete E-Commerce
website (though it is still down due to the store's unfortunate fire
in April 2002, it is soon to be online again by January 15th, 2003).

Most recently CIS has developed HPSA.us,
which is a high-end programmatic website. HPSA.us
offers assistance for Healthcare professionals to receive bonuses
from the federal government in return for providing healthcare services
in areas where such professionals are scarce. Employing an ASP structure,
Visual Basic Scripting, and a Relational Database, the HPSA website
brings about these services. The HPSA Billing document which is
sold for $99.00 from this website, is protected via ASP programming
and a 128-bit encrypted Adobe Acrobat document mounted on a Shockwave
stage. This may sound a bit technical, but is quite ingenious in
its functionality.
