Profile:
Chase Information Systems, Inc. (CIS) began as a consulting firm
specializing in the creation of custom
interfaces for disparate computer programs to share information.
One of their beginning projects was to create an interface in which
a price list that was created in MS Excel was to be read into a
sales application that was programmed in the Visual Basic language.
This was the start of what lead to the formation of Chase Information
Systems, Inc.
Since that time in the late 90's the CIS programming staff have
lead the company in the development of websites,
custom built computer programs,
interactive CD-ROMs, software
interfaces, and computer networking.
Currently a small team of developers work together to bring about
the solutions your company requires. As well CIS is also a certified

Business Progression:
Chase Information Systems, Inc. has been growing at a steady pace
over the past few years, adding employees and investing in better
equipment and development software. CIS now has the following in-house:
Flash Development team, CD-ROM Development team, Custom Application/Database
Development team, Graphic Arts department, ASP/PHP and Advanced
Web Development team, Network Installation team, and a Keyless Entry
and Access Control Sales and Installation department.
CIS is constantly investing time, energy, and funding to keep its
staff up-to-date within their respective fields. Strongly encouraging
all programmers to enroll in current computer science courses at
a local SUNY College is just one example of how CIS is implementing
this policy of "staying current". Also, thousands of dollars
were spent in October 2002 on Access Control training for members
of the Keyless Entry team. CIS invests in its people so that your

CD-ROM
Development:
Since 2001 Chase Information Systems, Inc. has been focussing on
further developing their interactive CD-ROM
department. CIS has been providing a number of organizations all
the necessary programming which is required for a set of interactive
CDs to be created. Interactive CD-ROMs are the next "big"
thing for small and mid-sized companies, as most large corporations
already have an interactive CD-ROM in place. However, due to only
a handful of programming firms capable of CD-ROM development, such
as CIS, many of these large corporations are now looking for more
cost-effective development teams as well as new user-friendly features.
For instance, CD sets are currently being used by Nursing Associations
for Continuing Education purposes. Association Conferences are recorded
and the handout materials collected in digital formats. These materials
are then placed into a CD-ROM interface created by CIS using the
Association's logo and images in visually pleasing and animated
manners. High end features such as Note Taking and user-friendly
navigation buttons are also included. The end result is an interactive
learning CD that nurses around the country can use to study the
materials while listening to the conference's audio sessions, thus
more effectively absorbing the information which they are required
to learn. Afterwards the nurses print and fill out an exam, which
is to be mailed back to the Association in order to earn "Contact
Hour" credits. A secure Internet-form version of the exam is
also available.
Custom
Programming:
Furthermore,
Chase Information Systems, Inc. is constantly providing a number
of clients the custom programming
that they require to function efficiently. Clients as diverse as
American Legions to Debt Arbitration Specialists, from Hardware
Supply Stores to Summer Camps. If a custom built program appears
to "fill the gap" for one of these niche markets, then
CIS genericizes the application and creates "prepackaged software"
(like you see on the shelves of your favorite office supply company
- such as the CIS Membership
Management System).
Custom Programming also overlaps into the Web Development arena
due to Internet-connected Database Systems. CIS has recently developed
a Database-driven website for HPSA
Acumen, Inc. for the purpose of promoting and selling their
premiere information packet. This website combines the following
elements to bring about a comprehensive solution: VB Scripted ASP
pages, HTML pages, an Access database, a Shockwave movie, an Adobe
Acrobat encrypted document, and an animated Flash Intro.

Chase Information Systems, Inc. has also been designing some beautiful
websites as of late, such as the RTM
Electric, Inc. website and the CIS September
11th Tribute website. The HPSA
website mentioned above in the Custom Programming section. Not to
mention this website, the Digitell
Inc. website, and the soon coming newly redone Chautauqua
Comics website...
Computer
Networking:
Additionally,
CIS is capable of installing computer networks
and has just installed one of the only Gigabit Local Area Networks
(LAN) in southwestern New York - for one of their largest clients.
Gigabit is 1000 Mbps, which is 100 times faster than the average
10 Mbps LAN used in most offices.
